Curcuma longa
Curcumin is highly valued substance and has been the subject of many scientific studies, the results of which indicate that it could have many health benefits primarily due to its anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antioxidant effects. Curcumin is being extracted from the root of curcuma (Curcuma longa), and it is the most biologically active component of this plant, responsible for its yellow coloration.
Echinacea purpurea
Echinacea is known as a herbal to prevents colds. Their active ingredients are echinacoside, cichoric and chlorogenic acids and caffeic acid derivatives. Echinacea has known immune modulation effect mainly of the activation of macrophages and polymorphonuclear granulocytes. It is useful in stimulation of immune system in infectious diseases and when stressful events temporary lowering immunedefenses.
